Estun presented the new Drives and Motors at SPS in Nuremberg

The 2018 SPS IPC Drives international industrial automation expo just ended in Nuremberg where Estun Group reaped success in terms of specialised operator visits and interest.

It was the perfect time to introduce the new ED3M series drives, 400W, EtherCat, double axis; the EM3A series motors smaller than EMJ series and faster (up to 6000 rpm) and the ED3S servo drive which will be on the market in the first quarter of 2019.

ED3S key points are:

  • Compact mounting (side by side);
  • Single-phase or three-phase AC power supply;
  • DC BUS sharing;
  • STO SIL3;
  • 2 built-in encoder interfaces;
  • Up to 55°C at full power;
  • Built-in USB ports for debugging and upgrades.

Another important highlight at the booth that drew visitors’ attention was the demo dedicated to pick and place robotics. Leader in industrial robotics in China, Estun will introduce the new SCARA 4-axis robots on the European market in 2019.

This important event was also a chance to demonstrate how cooperation between the European and Chinese teams is leading to important results.

For the first time Estun Industrial Technology Europe (EITE) participated with satisfaction at SPS IPC Drives Italia, Italy’s most important industrial automation trade fair. The event was an opportunity to show the market not only Estun high quality products, but also EITE team’s expertise. Linguistic skills and long-time experience in the field of motion control and automation have merged in the group, made up of professionals selected and organised to best meet all European market needs.

Global quality

Product localisation and pre and post-sales service near the reference territory are one of the priorities in Estun Automation’s strategy. For this reason, the group is organising a technological development plan, creating a network of high level resources.

Complete drive supervision solutions will be on display in Parma

Estun Industrial Technology Europe will participate in SPS IPC Drives Italia, an important industrial automation trade fair scheduled for May 22 through 24 at Fiere di Parma, for the first time this year.

The company’s experts look forward to receiving visitors and introducing them to the world of Estun at Stand B063 in Hall 3.

Complete motion control solutions

Visitors to the stand will discover how Estun’s product range can respond to all their motion control requirements: from HMI supervision to multi-axis control with motion controllers and drive through servo drives and motors such as the innovative EM3A, optimised for use in small-scale motion control applications.

Multi-axis precision and connectivity

Two live demos will introduce visitors to the quality solutions on display.

A multi-axis synchroniser demonstrates the ability of Estun’s total solutions to perform synchronous movement and interpolation of 6 axes with great precision, speed and stability and fit into an interconnected environment such as that of the Industrial Internet of Things with the support of the EtherCAT and OPC-UA protocols.

Versatile numerical control

Finally, a laser printing system will focus attention on the features of the solution for CNC systems with 3 axes, with a special focus on aspects such as software, easy management and adaptability to process specifications.
